The company behind the editions

Learn about our company, the business behind the releases and our location.

What kind of company is Euroanime?

Euroanime publishes and licenses Japanese anime and manga from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. We also work in the specialist distribution of physical editions.

Our activities cover the selection and publication of titles, licensing arrangements, coordination of localisation, the supply of physical products, European order dispatch and assistance for customers in multiple countries.

Which part of Northern Ireland is Euroanime located in?

Our headquarters are located in Downpatrick, County Down, Northern Ireland.

Correspondence may be addressed to 86 Annacloy Rd, Downpatrick BT30 9AJ, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

The place a parcel leaves from may be different from our company address. Fulfilment partners operate in France, Spain and Portugal, with the dispatch route selected according to the order and destination.

Which Japanese entertainment formats do you handle?

Our range covers anime and manga: series made for television, animated features, OVA works, collector editions and manga publications.

Whether an edition can be supplied depends on the specific title, its release timetable, language, format and territorial arrangements.

Is Euroanime limited to the Northern Ireland market?

Yes. Although our headquarters are in Northern Ireland, Euroanime’s publishing, licensing and distribution activities are intended for customers across national borders.

The rights attached to an individual work determine which markets and formats can be served; one title may not have the same availability in every country.

Choosing a title

Information on editions, their contents, release plans and places of sale.

How do I browse editions currently offered for sale?

Browse euroanime.uk to see which products can currently be ordered directly from Euroanime.

Each listing identifies the format and features of that edition, including available audio or subtitles, playback compatibility and the product’s current sales status.

Where are upcoming releases announced?

As new editions become ready for sale, they are introduced to the catalogue on our official website.

For the most reliable information on an announced or available product, consult its listing on Euroanime rather than relying on older descriptions elsewhere.

Why do different countries have different title selections?

Licensing agreements can specify the countries, languages, delivery media, channels and periods in which a work may be exploited.

Consequently, a release sold in one territory is not necessarily offered under identical conditions in another territory.

Why might a product disappear from sale?

Stock levels, manufacturing and supplier schedules, distribution arrangements and the dates of relevant licences can all affect whether an item is available.

If a product returns to sale, the catalogue listing will show its revised availability.

Are title requests welcome?

Certainly. We accept suggestions for anime and manga that readers or viewers would like us to consider.

Send the title and useful background to contact@euroanime.uk.

These messages inform our understanding of demand; they are not a promise that a property will be acquired or published.

Is the range limited to older animation?

Not at all. Classic and cult animation, historically important titles and less widely available works form a meaningful part of our interests, but contemporary anime and manga can also be considered when suitable for our publishing programme.

Using your account

Signing in, finding purchases and managing account access.

Is registration required before placing an order?

The options for checking out with or without a customer account are presented during the purchase process.

An account, where available, can provide a convenient place to view previous purchases, address details and shipping information.

How do I review orders made through an account?

Sign in with the account used for the purchase and open the account dashboard to find the order information currently available to you.

What if I am locked out of my account?

Start with the password recovery link on the sign-in screen.

Should that not restore access, email contact@euroanime.uk and state which email address is linked to your account.

Checkout and transactions

How checkout, payment confirmations and order changes are handled.

Where is Euroanime’s official online store?

Products offered for purchase by Euroanime appear on euroanime.uk.

Open the title’s listing for its specifications, stock status and available purchasing options.

Which options can I use to pay?

The secure checkout presents the payment methods that can be used for your specific transaction.

The choices you see may depend on your country, the payment provider and the currency being used.

What confirms that checkout was completed?

A successfully placed order will normally generate an acknowledgement delivered to the email address entered at checkout.

If the confirmation does not arrive in your inbox, review the spam and junk folders before contacting us.

What information is shown for pre-orders?

An advance-order product is identified as a pre-order in its listing, together with the release details available at that time.

An estimated launch or dispatch date is subject to revision where production, scheduling, licensing, supply or logistics change.

Is an order change or cancellation possible?

Euroanime does not offer a general voluntary cancellation service once a purchase is placed; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Orders are treated as confirmed once submitted or paid, subject to any cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If your delivery address contains a clear mistake, notify contact@euroanime.uk straight away with the relevant order details.

A correction may no longer be possible after fulfilment processing has started.

In which circumstances might Euroanime cancel a purchase?

Yes. There are situations in which we may be unable to complete an order, including missing stock, supplier issues, failed payment, suspected misuse, an evident pricing mistake or a delivery route that cannot be used.

If Euroanime cancels an item or an entire paid order, the corresponding charge will be refunded to the payment method originally used.

Parcels and delivery

Locations, carriers, tracking and possible import charges.

Can a parcel be sent outside the United Kingdom?

Yes. Euroanime serves customers internationally rather than only those in Northern Ireland.

At checkout you can see whether shipping is offered for the destination and items in your basket.

Which countries are used to dispatch physical products?

Depending on the order, packages can be handed to carriers through our partners in France, Spain or Portugal.

These dispatch locations are separate from Euroanime’s headquarters in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland.

Where will I find tracking information?

Where a tracking service is used, its reference and associated information are generally sent to the purchase email once shipment handling is complete.

Why has my parcel tracking stopped showing movement?

Yes. After a label is generated, it can take time for a carrier to record the parcel’s first physical scan.

Updates may also arrive intermittently when packages cross between different postal or delivery networks.

Are customs charges included in the purchase?

The import treatment of a parcel depends on the destination jurisdiction, its applicable rules and the value of the consignment.

Where the checkout does not explicitly provide otherwise, any charge levied by the receiving country’s customs authority is payable by the recipient.

What if the delivery appears to have gone missing?

First check the latest event shown by the delivery company for your tracking number.

For a parcel showing no movement for an unusually long time, or marked as delivered but missing, send the order number and tracking details to contact@euroanime.uk.

Understanding disc editions

Find out what is included on a disc and how to check compatibility.

Do you release anime on physical discs?

Yes. Discs and other physical formats are an important part of what Euroanime publishes and distributes.

An individual edition may be produced as a Blu-ray, DVD or another physical format, depending on the property and release.

How can I confirm that a disc will play on my equipment?

Before checkout, inspect the technical information for the edition you intend to buy.

Where a disc has region or playback restrictions, the relevant product specifications should identify them.

Is every title supplied on Blu-ray?

No. Blu-ray is not the only format used in our range; it depends on the edition in question.

The format you will receive is specified on that product’s own page.

How do I confirm the available soundtracks and subtitles?

Soundtrack languages and subtitle tracks are selected for each particular title and version.

Use the relevant edition description to confirm exactly which language options it contains.

Who should I tell about a potentially faulty disc?

If a product bought directly from us appears defective, email contact@euroanime.uk with the order reference, title, disc number and symptoms you are experiencing.

We may ask for images or further details to understand the reported issue.

Do not arrange a return independently. Follow the steps given by support when a return is approved.

What helps your team investigate a playback error?

Please identify the specific edition, disc and episode, the approximate time at which the error occurs, the player model and whether it happens consistently.

Technical checks may be necessary before we can tell whether the cause is a faulty disc, playback hardware, a regional restriction or another compatibility problem.

Manga publications

Printed manga editions, their publication languages and current listings.

Is manga part of the Euroanime catalogue?

Yes. Manga is part of Euroanime’s publishing and licensing activities, alongside animation.

The titles and editions offered depend on contractual rights and the particular markets served.

Where can I browse manga editions?

Manga editions are added to the catalogue as they become available for purchase or are announced for release.

A manga listing will identify the volume, language, physical format and current availability.

Do your manga volumes share the same language?

No. A manga range can include different languages according to the series, individual volume, licensed market and edition.

Always consult the specific volume’s listing before purchasing.

Can readers propose a manga title?

Yes. We welcome manga proposals at contact@euroanime.uk.

A suggestion tells us what readers are interested in; it does not mean that publication or licensing has been approved.

Languages and localisation

How language choices and subtitle preparation differ between editions.

How do I see which subtitles an edition includes?

There is no single subtitle-language package shared by all Euroanime releases.

The audio and subtitle tracks offered for each version are set out in its product description.

Who prepares localisation materials for Euroanime?

Localisation is planned according to the source work, commercial territory and requirements of each edition.

In some cases language materials come via an existing licensing arrangement; in others they are organised for a particular release.

Where Euroanime manages the localisation work, people review the presentation, terminology and timing of those materials.

Why are the subtitles not identical to other editions?

Subtitles may differ between editions because they originate from different scripts or translation projects, or because language and terminology guidelines differ.

Readability, display timing and the particular source materials can also lead to wording differences.

How can I flag an issue with translation or subtitles?

Yes. Send contact@euroanime.uk the work and edition, the relevant timecode or page, and a concise account of the suspected problem.

After-sales assistance

What to do when the wrong product arrives or an edition may be faulty.

What happens if you ship a different item from the one I ordered?

Send contact@euroanime.uk your order reference and clear photographs showing the product that arrived.

We will compare the information with the order record and explain the next appropriate action.

What evidence is helpful for a delivery-damage claim?

Document the damage with photographs of the product, its retail packaging and the outer parcel; include your order number.

Please retain the original packing materials until the case has been assessed.

Wait for customer support to tell you whether and how the product should be returned.

What is the policy on returning unwanted products?

Euroanime does not provide an additional discretionary change-of-mind return programme; statutory consumer rights still apply.

Our voluntary returns policy does not cover a simple preference change, accidental order, duplicate purchase or decision that a product is no longer wanted. Any legal rights that apply to your purchase remain available.

A completed checkout is treated as a confirmed order, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

How does Euroanime assess a claimed product defect?

Please contact customer support for return instructions before sending any product back.

Returned items are checked so that we can establish whether the fault reported is a qualifying defect.

A photograph or written report alone may not establish the final result of that assessment.

What is offered when a fault is verified?

When a qualifying defect is confirmed and the product satisfies the relevant return conditions, Euroanime provides a replacement of the same item without an additional charge, subject to any other remedies required by law.

Can I post a return without speaking to support?

No. A return should not be dispatched without prior instructions from our support team.

Begin by emailing contact@euroanime.uk with the purchase reference and an explanation of the issue.

Professional enquiries

Guidance for rights owners, trade partners, journalists and professional organisations.

Who handles professional licensing requests?

Studios, agents, rights holders, publishers and authorised contacts may write to contact@euroanime.uk.

State your organisation, professional capacity, the relevant property, its territory where relevant and the question or proposal being raised.

Can shops and wholesale businesses approach you?

Yes. Euroanime accepts professional enquiries about retail supply, wholesale activity and distribution partnerships.

Tell us your company name, operating market, distribution channel and what you wish to discuss.

Is Euroanime open to distribution proposals abroad?

Yes, provided the opportunity fits the rights available for the title, format and territory under consideration.

A distribution proposal should set out the applicant company, geographic market, sales route and the titles or parts of our range concerned.

Can creators send you work for consideration?

We ask that unsolicited physical samples, manuscripts, scripts or recordings are not sent unless we have requested them specifically.

For an initial business approach, send a brief written outline of the creative property, representation rights, proposed territories and intended arrangement.

Where should journalists direct media enquiries?

Media and publicity enquiries can be sent to contact@euroanime.uk.

Include the outlet or organisation, the work or release involved, and the reason for the request.

What details are needed for a public screening request?

For a festival, cinema, exhibition or institutional screening, identify the title, venue and country, the type of event, proposed dates and audience size.

We can consider only uses for which the required rights are available in the relevant territory.

Where are job opportunities published?

Current recruitment information and application procedures, if vacancies are advertised, are available on our Jobs page.

Getting in touch

How do I reach someone if my question is not listed?

For a purchase matter, the order reference will help us locate the transaction.

For technical or product assistance, identify the work and edition and describe what has happened.

Commercial, licensing and press messages should name the organisation, your role and the subject of the enquiry.

Does Euroanime accept correspondence by post?
